Dr.Morelli, who graduated in Medicine in 2005, specialized in Neurology in 2010 at the University of Milan Medical School and is Fellow of the European Board of Neurology since June 2013. She works as a Consultant Neurologist at the Department of Neurology-Stroke Unit of the San Luca Hospital-IRCCS Istituto Auxologico Italiano. She carries out her activity at the ward, the Emergency Department, and the Neurophysiology Service (EEG). She is interested in ALS, particularly in the study of biomarkers, and contributed in the management of the database of affected patients for the ALS Center of the IRCCS Istituto Auxologico Italiano. Since 2007 she has been participating at different experimental therapeutic trials, which where multicentric, both national and international.
