Silvia Erratico graduated in Drug Biotechnologies at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Milan in 2008. She holds a Ph.D in Molecular Medecine whose thesis, entitled “Development of experimental model for the study of muscle degenerative factors inducing mesenchymal stem cell fat differentiation”, has been conducted at Stem Cell Laboratory. Her collaboration with Dr. Torrente started in 2009: she worked at Stem Cell Platform – Fondazione Filarete at first (2010-2012), where she was dedicated to tissue engineering activities for bioscaffolds development and in vivo validation; she later moved back to Stem Cell Laboratory where she has been involved in cell biology activities. Recently, she has been involved in a clinical treatment with regards to stem cells processing for a spinal cord injured patient.
